How To Be A Trauma-Informed Coach

This empowering 90 minute workshop will outline the basics of enhancing your coaching business through trauma-informed practices.  After the workshop, you'll be invited to connect more individually if you would like to dive into details with Lauren in a 1:1.  The link to participate live will be sent to you when you register and pay the $75 fee (discount code available at checkout if needed).  You will receive access to the class recording and any recording updates that occur after the live workshop.

To practice what I preach in trauma-informed care, please read below about the way the recording will be completed and used:

1- Lauren will record a speaker-only view in Zoom during workshop, and participants will be muted with camera and names optional.  (Camera can be on/off as desired, and names will be able to be changed by participant's own settings if desired.)

2- Lauren will do a Q & A afterwards which will be divided into two sections, a recorded section and several minutes at the end for those who do not want to be recorded.

3- Lauren will continue to sell the recording to interested parties until it is updated with a new version after learning from the Q & A.  Lauren will replace the class recording with the one without any participants when it is complete in 2026.  You will continue to have access to Kajabi class unless Lauren leaves the platform or changes her business, but the original class will eventually be replaced by an updated recording.

4- There is a possibility that if Lauren messes up her technology that the above will not go as intended (above) due to user error, but she will communicate with participants to ensure she has their informed consent if something different is occurring.  (translation:  I can't promise perfection, but I can promise communication and clarity to the best of my ability.)
